How do I insert my new place?

Okay, I have been going along with the roblox scripting help wiki, and I want to test a new script in a place, I have the place saved to my computer but I dont know how to make it into my active place, what do I do to do that?

Umm, it may be confusing. You go to your place. (BUILD MODE) Then, somewere left-up your screen is a butten called "File". Click it. Then click "Open". Then open your place.
