Alrighty, let's start from the top of that.
@cyrus1222 Ah, but throughout this entire conversation I have been having a differnet idea in mind when I think Particles...Please, show me a Billboard GUI that has different brick shapes, like later said in my post. Thanks for the support though.
@Combrad Four frame rotation? Not very appealing. Though you could make EACH FRAME for your GUI...But that requires more time then my idea...
@Bounty. There could be one frame particles for blood/gore shooting out. It depends how somebody wants to use it.
Ah, my friend. Do you lag when there is one fire in a game? The fire is made out of decals.
But if we inserted what was said in this idea, then they wouldn't have to update it for awhile, as it will have a lot of freedom at the moment.
@OP I noticed I left normal out of the explanation, and I also said for brickform "Textures could only be placed on plains, else the box would be grayed out" I meant "Textures could only be placed on flats, else the box would be grayed out" I'm kinda supprised that nobody pointed these out.
Normal- Normal is how much the particles change midflight. Hence if you wanted particles to fly in a square, you could change their Normal. The only problem with this, is that if you want constant particles coming out in a square, you have to have four different particle systems, and also the square's edges will be rounded...As Normal will bend the particles in the direction set with xyz.

I don't EXACTLY understand this, but I understand the main idea, and the different customizable things you could do with this idea. That part makes perfect sense.
