Voting before updates

This would be a great update, even if its just some link to an offsite voting thing: Say the admins had an idea, they would set up a voting poll, and if it gets voted down enough then they wouldn't do the vote. If it was even, then they would wait until later. If it was voted yes, then they would do the update. This would've worked great before the "disable PM deleting" and "comments are ALWAYS viewable" updates. -- Whos with me?!

It would just be like a small poll on the blog page or something, not an entire new page.
