If you wanted to play a game, and someone was on it and deleted everything and wouldn't leave, there should be a button right next to "Join" that says "Make New Server" to start a new server. |

1. THOSE servers don't cost money. Get it right, people.
2. No. People'd spam the servers, causing lag in the actual Roblox servers (which hold all those game servers) and forcing Roblox to either remove the feature or add more servers (which DO cost money). |
