There should be a BC that is 1$ a month, for the kids' parents that can't afford 5$,10$,20$/month. JBC would give you 5R$ a day and a new BC hat. |

I was not referring to you. And little kids that want BC, can get BC. If they are too poor, they ask their parents. If the parents are too poor, then I'll wonder about how they can pay their internet bills. |
