Restarting is the easiest thing to do. Or playing on a different computer if YOU have another one.

The first solution probably won't help at all. Disconnecting your internet for .. seconds is prety useless and shouldn't solve application-specific problems. The mass ID15 thing is usualy caused by an antivirus. For some reason, recently, lots of them have been blocking roblox. It's most probably something in there it doesn't like. Try it without your antivirus, but be carefull not to download anything (Unless roblox if it asks you), and if it starts downloading and you can't cancel, turn your antivirus straight back on. If it lets you access the place, then you need a new antivirus. V Media antivirus blocks roblox I think, and so does windows in some cases.

I have a wireless connection. When I turn it off, it leaves a residual background frequency, so turning that off won't work.
