the opposite of friend list. choose people you dont like to be you enemies. they cant go to your place, post on your forums, buy you stuff, and other things like that. instead of increasing your rank, each enemy decreases it. if you agree post Y if you disagree post N

How about just an ignore list. They can't message/post on your forums. And if your in the same sever of a game as them they cant talk to you.

Good idea, ignore list. Enemy list is sorta PAing.
