Me and very few others have had this, but for future reference, viruses have been showing up on the ROBLOX site.
I have, in the following 2 months, gotten over 57 viruses, mostly the same one, from clicking on items on the ROBLOX site.

ROBLOX claims: "ROBLOX DOES NOT GIVE YOU VIRUSES" -- This is a lie, for ROBLOX's website security precausions HAS been proven very easy to intrude.

The following viruses have been recorded:
AVG Virus (Spyware, semi-violent)
Google Analystics Virus (Redirects internet browser to virus sights, Adware)
Total-Anti-Virus 2011 (AV 2009 virus updated) (SUPER VIOLENT, WIPED HARDDRIVES!! TURN OFF ANYTHING ONCE IT ENTERS YOUR COMPUTER!! EVERYTHING!!! I HAVE HAD THIS)
System-Tools Virus (Easy Repair, just do a system restore to yesterday [whenever that is])
WindowsSecurityCenter (Caused by System-Tools Virus)

Here's how to fix the FOLLOWING Viruses:

AVG Virus: Fake Anti-Virus Software under a famously used AV Program, caused by when Google Analystics is in place.
In order to fix the AVG Virus, you may do a System Restore, or use basic Anti-Spy or Mal - ware programs. (DO NOT USE JUST ANY PROGRAM, USED AUTHORIZED SECURITY PROGRAMS!)

Google Analystics: Believe it or not, Google created this, and released it as a virus. For what reason is unknown, but it is 100% hidden and NEVER goes away.
This virus is not very violent and is managable.

Total-AntiVirus-2011: Origionated from AV-2009 that infected the Goverment
and over 2mil people, its now even more violent.
It takes over EVERYTHING, encodes itself, and hides all of its files to the point it CANNOT BE REMOVED, AT ALL!!!
TAV-2011 has re-infected the goverment, and now over 4million computers!
I, overkill99, have had it.
It requires you get a new computer to get rid of it, for system restore, ect. does not work.
RECCOMENDED: In order to block TAV (FROM ENTERING), I reccommend you buy MalwareBytes full version. This will block it from ENTERING [96% of the time] and can atleast keep it under control while you have time to clear it off or use System Restore, for MalwareBytes renders this valid.

System-Tools: Commonly found upon clicking: My ROBLOX, A Decal, Join Server, Play Game button.
This virus retrieves your personal info, ect., from your computer. It also downloads Windows Security Center virus to protect this virus from being removed off your computer.
Sadly, this virus is a failure, and it can be removed easily with any basic AV program or via System Restore.

Once my computer had System-Tool because of an ad on Roblox.com. I don't know how I got rid of it, but it was hard.
Also, AVG is NOT a virus (unless there is an impostor) |

There is AVG the AntiVirus program.
And there's a virus that is EXACTLY LIKE 'AVG,' same name and all, but is only disguised as AVG to sneak in and take out information from your computer and sends it to 3rd party recipitents. |

A person who is not apart of the principles of a transaction
For instance:
A virus gathers your personal information, and transfers the data to a 3rd party recipitent (or middleman), and that 3rd party recipitent can abuse this data as in example: steal your bank account.
Or a middle man
For instance:
Instead of sending the rent payment on a house straight to your landlord, he sent it to sombody else, who will deliver it to the landlord.

In some states of viral database infection, yes.
Microsoft Essentials is another file extension to via System Tools:
System Tools (Malware, rips information and sends to 3rd party)
Windows Security Center (Addon to System Tools, protects System Tools from being harmed)
Microsoft Essentials (Attempts to edit SystemSettings to keep you under the hacker's control and will attempt to keep security precausions on Windows Security and System Tools.) |

I had Total-AntiVirus-2011. Not fun my brothers freind had to go to a secret scripting thing on my computer delete all files delete Windows XP. And had to put it back on the computer. |

so, i logged into roblox, and pressed play. then a norton balloon popped up in said, "a recent attack on your computer was blocked." i clicked, and gave me the details: Attacker:91.234.87.023 A threat had recently tried to attempt to open a backdooor.Name: [email protected]. help? |

@epicman14 do a system restore back a month or two. I have a feeling that virus isnt new. |

Have to bump this, but this thread might help.
A few questions in mind, though;
I wasn't being able to play a game nor buying any items in the Catalog since the newest update. At first, I thought the anti-virus program I currently use blocked it, and upon opening Google Chrome, I can see occasional windowed warnings when I'm at certain areas of this site. But now, I'm all confused. Care to help?
On an extra note. I CAN'T believe that ROBLOX's security is EXTREMELY LOW and to get out of it, I have to go for any Builder's Club Subscription, which I will never be able to afford because of my miserable online purchasing skills. *sigh*... Lame. |

It's ironic how ROBLOX says they always read suggestions and ideas (or even fixes) and yet there are so many threads about viruses. Roblox has cease to do anything about it yet. |
