Private Messaging glitch

On the box at the top of my screen it says "3 new messages," yet when I click it, there are no new messages and it updates to "0 new messages." Yet, when I navigate away from my inbox, returns to the prior number (3 new). Thanks for reading.

I think the problem is that you after you read the messages, you went back a page, with the previous data. If not, email roblox.

It's happening to me. It's not the notifications because for me, it says; 4 new messages, I only have 2 notifications. Solution anyone? DX

Check your notifications, or delete- oh wait... Anyways... try leaving ROBLOX for so many minutes and return. Or just try to ignore it.
