What about sell LimitedU items. Yeah the ex Bcer can sell limitedU items, but only LimitedU he can't sell shirts,pants,etc. That's a good benefit for Ex Bcers.

Does Ex-BCer have BC? No. Non BC don't get BC features. Ex-BCers don't get BC features.
