If you are getting lag in most games its because:
The place contains too many Scripts/Freemodles/Bricks/Noobs.
Your computer has 10 GB left.(or less)
Your computer is old.(like 3 or more years, time to buy a new one).
You download junk that has viruses that lags your computer.
Too many details in a game.

If it is not with any of these its with your slow internet, get it fixed, and if you see an anti-llag scrip with something with a big number such as:
999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999
and then a 1 you are going to have to build
999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999
