When I open internet explorer I get this page saying to buy win 7 2011 new online protecter. Because of a virus. I just got it. Tried a bunch of stuff. I can't get on internet explorer now. And so I go to look at my firewall. It's turned off. So I click turn on and it opens that popup again. Is there a command Promp thing to turn it on? Or do you know how to solve this problem?

Reboot your computer in "Safe mode with networking". That means when you restart your computer, slowly tap the F8 key. You'll get a menu, and you can select the "Safe mode with networking" selection. You should be able to work around the problem, do a virus scan, and find out what's the problem.

Erm im you still have the problem go on the Roblox program on your computer and get kapersk*y and C*Cleaner (remove Aterisk*)( go on g00gle and find it

and how did you get the virus? Were you somewhere you shouldnt be? >:P
