If the admins can read by IP address by how many times that user (and its alts) have supported/not supported, maybe implant a limit to their supports and non supports? If they can do that, somewhat support.

No support. This isn't FaceBook. If we take this idea, we are pretty much copying YouTube, and/or FaceBook. The idea of this is good, but too much controversy can develop. I'd give this a thumbs down... It will make the creator want to quit at the idea of 65% thumbs down. Its a depressing thing to see flame comments on your comments, yet alone, but seeing a ton of Thumbs' down. I'm sorry, I doubt this will ever happen though. ~KT~
