I beleive that OBC should be able to be purchased over PayPal as it could maximise profits taken by roblox as may children's parents don't wish to pay over credit card because of fear of abuse of their details. Ultimately I think it only shows dark intent on roblox's part by only allowing it by credit card.

Paypal is a safe and RECOGNISED payment option that roblox could use to its maximum potential as many parents have experience with "ebay" and the use of paypal over that. Many parents are disuaded by the fact that it is only buyable via credit card , however I'm pretty sure that I and many other members would be able to buy OBC than whereas we all stay as TBC and BC.

Have you been on sitetest.roblox.com? When you click on obc, you see 4 choices. The same as bc and tbc.
