Send Group Request to People

Instead of waiting for people to join you group how about make it so you can send a group request to someone. It'll work as a message saying: Would you like to join "INSERTNAMEHERE's" group called "INSERTGROUPNAMEHERE"? [Yes] [No]

There's already "Wanna join... [insert crappy group name]" PMs, so I don't see what harm this could do. Support.

@roys How bout once they say "no" you can never send another request to them. Now they have to "request" to join the group.
