Send messages to people In-Game

When you need to send a message to someone but they're in a game so they dont know they got a message until they get out of the game which could take a while. There should be a tool bar that you can turn on and off that says if you want to get messages in game. Then when you get a message a Icon pops up that says they have a message and they can go check it

I'll edit this a little. Make it so a little GUI pops up in the corner, and again, this will be an option. Support.
