Can someone build some guns for me?

I need a pistol, a rifle, a sniper, a submachine gun and they need to be painted "really black" and a neon colour E.g lime green. The bullets need to be the same colour as the gun's neon colour, Thanks for the help. -Killmanor1

He doesn't make futuristic guns. I don't have a clue how to modify manofthelol's guns. And he said he wouldn't make them.
