Why can't we fill in the thingies like that? (The link is to mine...)
My suggestion: When you view your forum status like those there will be the button "Edit" so you could start filling in the empty spots but of course it would be on the 'pending' status first so mods would check for any inappropriate words. After finished you will press the button "Save".

That forum profile had already been there from 2008 till now.
It almost serves no purpose,so it'll be good if they make use of what they have.
