Okay so... i used to play roblox a lot... but it stopped working for me.
Basically I can't join any game. It just stays at the waiting thing for long periods of time.
I can't buy anything from the catalog either..
I can't even change my character looks.
Roblox doesn't show up in my programs. It shows up in add or remove programs, just not my program files. This is only when i let it do that. Recently on my latest download&install i created a roblox folder in my programs file and put the roblox.exe in there that ur supposed to click 'run' on in the website (but i pressed save - which i know is NOT the problem).
Roblox is like my favorite game evar. Someone please help??? :( |

New Computer Or Old HardDrive? Try ReInstalling Or Get a New Computer

i have the same problem, i think if you have an older series computer it wont work anymore like it would 2 years go when i stopped playing, try messing around with stuff on your program list. or try switching back to the old style of roblox i think i saw something about that on My ROBLOX. |

@ander I can't believe you even mentioned reinstalling. I've tried that. A MILLION TIMES....
Also, yeah sure, I'll get a new computer, I'll poof $1000 out of the air right now and buy one at walmart. >_>

I looked at my account settings under My ROBLOX and all i saw was old themes. I'm not sure what you're trying to say, though, old series? What? |

You need to state:
*Computer Specs (OS, Harddrive, Proccessing Data, RAM, Proccessor-Type, Motem, Internet Router)
But to try and help off of given information:
Check your Firewall settings or internet connectivity... This may be a network settings issue due to a possible misreading from the input/output data in your network reading it as an incoming or outgoing malware or malicous datafile.
Just for a heads up!

Try... what I did, is got a new OS. I experienced this problem in 09, on my alt. And... I tried getting WINDOWS VISTA and it worked. If you cannot afford a new OS, when you load up your PC/LAPTOP try and restore it to factory settings, restoring it will fix it if anything. |

I'm getting chronic "The game has shut down" messages when I try to join games now, too. It started just about when Roblox gave the goofy TARDIS popups before the game started. |

My computer specs would be pretty useless... theres nothing that would affect how im playing roblox in there.. and I'm not too smart when it comes to that kind of stuff so your response with my given information doesnt make too much sense, heh ^^''
And, I tried this on a fully brand new computer with a default factory settings on it and that didnt even work at all. :(
I could just need a new operating system since mine is really old. I have been wanting windows 7 for a while, haha. |

Uninstall and reinstall Roblox. That solved my problem. |
