I don't know, it is a good idea, but most hats won't look good and when people first join roblox and see a ton of messed up hats, they most likely won't play Roblox again and if they don't play Roblox then they dont buy Builders Club, if they don't buy Builders club then Roblox won't do that! I think that you can design a hat and people can vote if it is good and if it gets a lot of votes then it can go into the catalog, but there are two bad things about this idea, the catalog will be huge! And people will set a good hat's price to a extremely large number and you won't be able to get the hats that you want!
