Simple. It would probably make SOME ads more fun to look at. But knowing most people who make ads, they'll probably be worse. Yes, I know this thread is really short and doesn't explain much. But what's there to explain? Opinions?

I personally think it's a good idea. It will increase the demand for putting ads on the page, which will increase the price of (good) ads. If someone comes to the Roblox game and sees a "cool animated" ad, instead of some cheesy scribble that we usually see, s/he will be more inclined to stay.

No, and here's why. What if an ad was flashing colors? Epileptic people would have seizures, which no one wants. Also, the mods currently just have to glance at the ads, now they'd have to watch the entire animation to make sure it's ok. It'd slow down moderation.
