I can't count how many times i've meet some noob who has sent me a friend request, and thats fine, i just decline it. Dont you hate it when people keep sending you friend requests after you deline them? (or if people rejoin groups e.g) i think there should be a button on every users profile that says Block user. a blocked user can't send you messages or friends, can't chat with you or follow you to place, can't visit your places and can't join your groups. Support on No support.

Just add them and forget about it. They won't be able to "request" any more.

I've got a load of "friends" whom I do not know. And then every now and then I get this troll who follows me onto a game and it's from eons ago that I'm supposed to remember. "ooooh yeah... from 'that game', huh?" yeahhhhh... "WANNA FOLLOW ME TO MY NEW GAEM?" Ugh. No. "Um, I'll be logging out soon, nice seeing you again!"

I think that the blockd guy gets a message saying: ________ Blocked You. Anyway,shouldent it mean the cant follow you, and cant get in a server with you in? Ive seen a 'Play solo, every game' post, and blocking everyone wold mean getting that. Unless theres an unblock button?
