Be straightforward about it. I'm going to assume your in middle-school and girls are just experimenting. You are just going to grab your dignity and be straightforward and ask if she likes you and where she wants to take it. But at your age you should probably just keep kissing her till that leads to somewhere else. lol.

Well then, son. You can do 1 of 2 things. 1) If you like her, keep talking/flirting whatever with you to make her your girlfriend. Confidence is the key. 2) Ask if you can "hook up" and just give her kisses from time to time, till again you feel like taking it further however you feel fit. Actually theres option 3) She actually likes you, and is waiting for you to tell her first, or make the first move. Key advice: GIRLS PLAY A LOT OF GAMES.
