For so long the roblox community has suffered from not being able to make hats but if you let us make hats it could help,then again be negative example for postive:GREAT rextures will be rich and have epic hats.Negative Examples:Noobs Posting Hats Like POST THIS ON 5 HATS AND BE RICH.Soulition:Turbo and Regular Builders club.Even Though There is still noobs that buy bc and be extra noobish maybe you have to be a veteran to make hats!

If this did happen, I think only OBC should be able to make hats, so the catalog wouldn't be flooded with as much stuff as it could be. Also, I think there should be a seperate area for Roblox made hats, and User made hats.

How about TBC and OBC only? Maybe user made hats can finally be visible.
