Chapter 1 (Part 2): Just Finishing Up
Classy quickly closed the trapdoor that had gunshots up above, then he said, "This is the shooting range for target practice. We have to find a different way up unless we want to get comprimised." Then I had an idea. It was an experiment I had been working on, a grenade that blew up silently. I didn't know if it worked or not, but I wanted to take a risk. So I ordered Classy to open up the trapdoor again, then I threw up the grenade. It made it threw the trapdoor. Classy quickly closed the trapdoor and we waited a few seconds. Then there was a boom. Looks like I still had work to do on my prototype. Then we heard talking up above, this is what we heard: "The recruits! Someone killed them! No, they blew them up! Sound the alarm!" Then we heard the alarm sounded throughout the base above and the tunnels down here, at least the ones that were working.
We were comprimised, but not found. We just needed to get them by surprise. Swany led us through a different maze of huge tunnels, some that weren't even finished yet, untill we reached a stairway. We saw no guards on the stairway, but we did see a closed door and a wall that looked breakable. I said, "MissV, place a explosie by that wall!" She quickly grabbed a bundle of dynamite and placed it by the wall, then quickly ran down the stairway. We saw the explosion collapsed the wall, so we quickly ran back up and ran through the broken door. We saw that the explosion killed 3 soldiers that were probably getting to their post. Then we saw a small squad of 6 pass by to our left just barely not seeing us. Swany split us 5 into groups. "Ok, Nman, you take Classy and go down the left hallway. You two need to follow that squad to their post then take them out. MissV, Matt, you two are with me. We are going to get to the top of the lookout tower. We all have our radios so make sure to stay in contact at all times. Now, lets move!"
I led Classy to the left, and at first we had lost the squad, but then we found them again. They were heading towards the armory, probably to get better weapons because most of them had pistols and one had a sniper rifle. We followed them towards the armory and saw that every single room was codelocked. I quickly pulled out my binoculars when one soldier put in the code for the armory door. 8246. Had it memorized in my head. The armory door opened and they all entered with the door still open. We quickly got by the armory door, me on one side and Classy on the other. Then I used my fingers to count how many seconds. 3, 2, 1, 0. We aimed our guns inside and shot the whole squad inside. We quickly went inside and closed the doors, then we gathered up weapons and ammo. In the end, I had a Desert Eagle, AK-47, and a SPAS-12 while Classy had a M9, Commando, and RPG. We then opened the door back up carefully. No enemies around. I thought I might as well contact Swany to see how they were doing. I got out the radio and spoke into it, "Swany, we cleared the armory and the small squad patrol. How are you holding up? Over."
Swany's voice came from the radio and said, "We have just cleared a path to the lookout tower. Plant a few C4s around the floor you are on then come on up here ASAP." I grabbed a few C4s from the armory, gave them to Classy and told him to plant them where I said to. We sneaked out and walked carefully down the hallways with our fingers by the trigger and our barrels pointed at every corner. We went around the floor carefully and placed a C4 in the meeting room, the armory, the front door, the back door, and the training room. We then quickly found the ladder up to the lookout tower and climbed it. We saw Swany, MissV, and Matt all with snipers and aiming out towards the feild. Swany said, "Classy, Nman, grab a sniper and aim down towards the large patrols near our car." I quickly got two snipers and gave one to Classy, then I aimed towards the large patrols examining the car. "Every patrol is out there investigating the car," Swany said. "There are a few guards in here but they are mostly out there. Now, to end this war. Nman, blow up the C4s. Everyone, once Nman blows up the C4s, shoot the patrols out in the feild by the car." I grabbed the trigger for the C4s and pushed it. Instantly, parts of the base bursts into flames and were completly destroyed. The patrols looked back at the base but most died before they got a good look at the place. In about 2 minutes all the soldiers were dead and the base was in flames. Then came a real problem. Classy asked, "Uh, sir, how do we get back to the car with flames below us?"
Swany answered, "We're not using the car." Then a helicopter came into sight and came close to them. Flying it was Xnite, one of our group leaders. He shouted, "Get in, now! I saw more reinforcements coming from the southwest!" We all hoped in and got in a seat. Swany said, "Good work team. After this attack I am sure they will surrender. There is no way they can't surrender after setting their main base to flames." And Swany was right. The next day, Swany and Dman (Leader of TPB) meet at Fort Titan, where Dman said that his army surrendered to ours. We had won this war. Just like most of the others. But, a new enemy had watched us fight TPB. They thought that we were weak and horrible, because they saw TPB as the good guy and R.S.O as the bad one. They wanted one thing: War. This group was W.C.A.E. A new war was approaching fast. And none of us had even known it. |
