Before you read this, bear in mind I WILL REPORT ANYONE WHO FLAMES, TROLLS, SPAMS, ETC. I was thinking of a staff that can capture another player for a short amount of time, say, a minute or so, but the capturer can't be captured. (This will prevent that glitch with the pokeballs where players don't respawn)

I stopped reading after your first sentence.
I want to make sure that you know the difference between constructive criticism and flaming. If I say, "I dislike this idea," that's not flaming. If I say, "I dislike this idea, you suck," that's flaming.
Now that I'm going to take the time to read this, let me see. A minute is a bit too long, because in online time minutes can feel really long. Shorten it to something like 15-30 seconds.
Also increase the ROBUX from 100 R$ to 1,000 R$.

One minute is NOT a short amount of time, 4 seconds is. And 100R$ is NOT a reasonable price, 1000R$ is the minimum for a ranged movement-halting projectile gear.
I like the idea, though it's just a Freeze Ray with a different mesh and colors. |

Not quite. I have a few other ideas for it. I'm also scrapping some old ideas. I think 100R$ IS reasonable, because people on Roblox want to have more gear, don't they? I was thinking maybe to make it a bit weaker. Like... y'know... stops movement for a shorter amount of time? |

100R$ is not reasonable at all, as 100R$ is mainly the price for weaker gear items.

If this is your definition, then you are terribly wrong.
And it doesn't matter that you are going to make it weaker. 100R$ is NOT the price for such gear, and I get the feeling that you only chose that price because you want the gear. |
