Ahh.... I figured that part out :p It seems they are scripts with read-only source bound to LinkedSource Lua assets, that run with elevated permissions? We should be able to upload Lua assets, even if they have to be approved by a mod or something, to be non-exploity... I'm probably 99% incorrect in that summary. The wiki says nothing -_-

Moderators can't do anything with CoreScripts, all they can do is read reports/ban users.

Why do people get mods and devs mixed up? I don't understand. Do they think mod == admin?

a developer can be a mod but a mod can not be an administrator, a mod can be an admin and an admin can be a mod. Official roblox personel (telamon, bright eyes, etc.) = developer. Everyone else under roblox personel jurisdiction (MrdoomBringer etc.) = admin/moderater
