They use the other weapons because they're cheap. The most skilled type of fighting is using bombs and superballs. My brother got to the last round of the Grand Melee by shooting bombs. It's so efficient for racking up KOs :P
Swords: Requires some skill.
Slingshot:.....
Superball: wut?
Trowel: O_o
Bomb: Launch it with Slingshot or Superball. Lots of practice.
Rocket: Depends. If you just fire randomly and use it all the time, you're a noob with it. It can be easy to dodge, unless someone points it right in your robloxian's face O_o You use skill if... I don't know how, actually. |

Rockets are unfair >=( Swords are awesome. Sure, even noobs are... well, noobs at it, but us better players have better strategies. Plus, Weapons + Noobs = No fun for everyone else =( |

I completely agree. I ask someone to a SWORDS ONLY duel, and they use a rocket. Robloxians these days. T_T

Swords are awesome because.....
1. They are very easy to operate because you dont have to aim.
2. They can finish people more quickly than the slingshot at close range.
3. They can't backfire or do more damage to yourself than the guy you are trying to blox.
4. They can be awesome at distracting other players because most are noobs and think the sword is useless.

true, 'round 99% of weapons do that, but 'round 99% of semi-skilled players know how to dodge them, trowels disarm just about anything, slingshots can disarm flying explosives with good enough timing, so can paintball gun i think, ill need to test that one out, and then theres simply moving left or right to dodge. |

True, Slingshots, trowels and Paintguns are the best to dodge/block/destroy the ranged attacks.
Even so, if a player has a Custom Paintgun with 50 Damage each shot hit, you only need the trowel and if lucky to dodge them too.
But . . . If a place has only Swords and Rockets or only rocket, and if you are in a small place, the only thing to do is fighting Fire with Fire, Rocket VS Rocket will undo each. So sometimes Rockets are the way to go too. (P.S.: Killbots are a great example of using it to Train dodging or Aim. Trust me, I know) |
