All data is being recorded. The first set of 10 apprentices will be like a BETA group. First time doing it, I will do some things that may not work well, over time, things will be changed, and adjusted to fit the needs and goals of the program.
This is a short, and temporary guide to the Alversian Apprenticeship Program, enjoy!
Ranks and their Meanings:
[Pending...] - I have acknowledged that you have requested to join the group, and will check if you meet the requirements mentioned in the "Sign Up" thread in the description.
[Grade C] - You were accepted, congrats! You will be presented with preliminary testing, none of this counts, it is for my own data to check improvement over time, and to see how hard you have worked. It does not matter if you score high or low in these tests. You will be trained in mostly respect and discipline. Most lessons will include some form of combat experience.
[Grade B] - You are moving on up, more tests; these begin to count for more. You need to complete a final test in Grade C to rank up to Grade B. Grade B presents more challenges, and will give you more experience. Tactics are introduced. There is a final at the end of this. These are normally a few short answer tests to make sure you remember what you have been taught, and that you have remembered it, as well as combat tests and other sorts. Half the time you do not know I am testing you.
[Grade A] - You are so close to completing the program, and becoming a Journeyman. Once passing Grade B, you have proven you are capable of passing the program. Besides just tactics, strategy is introduced, the art of deception, and teachings in psychology. You will be given even more combat experience, taught more useful skills, and have a review after your final test. If you can make it through the review of the entire program, you can finish.
[Journeyman] - You finally did it! You have finished the AAP program. You have obtained many useful skills, techniques, and a lot of knowledge that will help you reach high ranks in not only APN, but other groups as well. By the time you reach this position, you should be captain material, and have taken your potential, and done something worthwhile with it.
[Associate] - Personal assistants. They help me with anything I may need, and I talk to them on various things. They can help form lessons and such. A valuable asset to the group, and another figure to promote what the program teaches you. They normally are people who would not need to go through the program.
[Master] - Someone who has completed the program, and done something. Like becoming a journeyman, and then going on to be a Captain on APN or higher. Maybe they successfully planned, executed, and won a massive raid they were given permission to host. These are individuals who inspire others. They take what I have taught them, use it, and become successful. They are like associates, except they went through the program.
Tests and Quizzes:
[Tests] - Tests are partly similar to school tests. But, that is because a few have some questions. Mostly on rules, and honor. It is to test your memory, if you pay attention, you can easily answer any of these questions. There are deeper tests, that half the time you do not know about, that test your personality, and abilities, how much you have learned, and so on.
[Quizzes] – Smaller forms of tests. Normally question based. Given at lessons, used as reviews of a previous lesson.
Lessons and Classes:
[Attendance] - You are not required to attend every lesson or class. But, the number you have attended, and what they were teaching is kept track of, so you will end up with the same amount as everyone else at each stage. Falling behind is okay. I can take the time to make it up with you.
[Discipline] - By far, one of the most important things in a lesson. You must line up when told to. You must sit down when told to. You must not talk when told not to. These things help keep lessons and classes running smoothly and efficiently. You do not want to hinder another's education because you are misbehaving. It is very simple to sit down, and listen though. I ask you to please listen. I do not tolerate those who do not listen.
Penalties:
[You can be kicked out] - If you have decided to be disobedient one too many times, you may be kicked out of the group. This would normally happen to Grade C. You will be trained to be one of APN's finest. It is not a right, you must earn this privilege.
I wish you good luck APN, and AAP!
