If a person is builders club, they can spin wheels 1 and 2
If a person is turbo builders club, they can spins wheels 1 and 3
If a person is outrageous builders club, they can spin wheels 1,2,3, and 4
If a person is a veteran, they get wheel 5 and all other wheels they qualify for.

If players doesn't get high amount of tix,
They will spam about "system not being fair to them."
Especially since this is a kid's game.
Also,the daily tix system is to get players to keep coming back to Roblox.
If players get more,
This would totally ruin the concept.
