Toonlink, the devs get money for putting up external ads. They get a bigger profit from BC members though.

Ok,Builders club is not free nor will it ever.Second you can build without Builders club,XlegoX was one of the most best scripter and builder in roblox,he even made ROtris and he didn't have BC until he gave ROtris.He didn't have Bc.And Bc is not free because they won't make money and that means roblox is down because you can't pay.
