I laugh at this pathetic excuse of suggestion to remove/cut down spam. Only way to remove spam is to instantly terminate those spammers. Actions are the words they only can understand.

1. Just ignore spam... 2. People would keep getting banned for no reason because they typed the same thing by accident twice., 3. Noobs would figure out how to get around it.
