Question for professionals with Toads Tool 64d

Every time I try to extend my ROM, it tells me I need the file: Super Mario 64 (U) [!].zip which I have 2 of. None of them work... Does anyone know what I'm doing rwrong?

What do you excatly mean by "EXTEND" your ROM?

I SAID PROFESSIONALS -_- Its the format that your ROM needs to be when you use it on the emulator.
