The new back pack update

Please help now I have to see only 10 of the stuff in my back pack and it's really pissing me off because I can't alternate smoothly between gear anymore it's like pausing for half a minute just to get an item that I could have just previously clicked, if there is anyway to disable this bull $#!+ update I'd really appreciate if you could tell me!!!!!!!!!!!

This update would be usefull if you had like 150 items in your backpack but I usually have like 14 making using my stuff a slow and tedious process that pisses me off
