Many people are asking for a "Real Voice" chat. So, you can talk to your friends. I have a couple of ideas.
#1- Activated ONLY! Hook your account up to a Parent account and activate "real voice" option. So, 4 year olds can't do it with out their parents permission. (They probably don't know how to make a parent account)
#2- Premission to Speak So, you can't have random people go up to you and scream LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. It would say "_______ Wants to Chat!"
#3- Decible Counter So, people can't SCREAM. Let's say, about 80 decibles is the max.
#4 Report So, if you friend got h4xed, and the hacker starts pumping out swear words, there should be a "Report" and "Mute" button.

#1 Almost nobody has Parent accounts.
#2 Doesn't matter. If a person chats, they can cuss, scream, and do completely whatever without being Moderated.
#3 That doesn't stop cussing.
#4 It cannot be Moderated. |

This is a LOT better than most mic suggestions. I support, for the reason that it's the only intelligent mic suggestion I've ever found on the S&I. Good job. |

And how do suppose they do this? Record every single chat WHILE they game is running? That would create server lag. Not only that, it would take up LARGE amounts of data.

All reports are monitored by a real Moderator, not a "bot". Moderator-Bots don't exist. |

No, just from that person. So, when they hit "report" it mutes that player and takes what they recorded. And, not when they weren't speaking. So, If at 0:45 they screamed and cussed, got reported, then played for 3 more hours, it would only record those few seconds. Also, not many people have microphones! |

And ROBLOX doesn't even moderate. So it wouldn't matter if people scream or cuss, because ROBLOX doesn't care.
But still, I think you should mute and stuff. |

You have to have permission, from that person and a parent account.
Probably a bit less then 80 decibles.
That and, there is the mute and report.
Plus, there is the fact that people aren't ALL BAD. Not everyone goes around just to scream and cuss.

Reasons,
noobs will get scared when someone will get mad
p3d0s will show their selves so less danger, we aint monkeys
