A chat log would be nice for when I go AFK. But, since it would take up memory and space, it should be saved localy, and there should be a setting for how many chats will be saved (As to control the space used, and the loading time of the chat log. I know Kb of data is very minimal, but still.). Said chat log will be purged upon exiting the game.

I'm prety sure you can already say how many chats to show at once. I guess you could just change that, or script one.

You can, but it glitches and eventually chats run off the screen :| And the only problem I have with scripting is NO ONE knows how to script anymore (Look at the first page for the next 3 months before you tell me otherwise). Which means it be an inconvenience, seeing as only a few places would have a chat log. Moreover, if it was added to freemodels, it wouldn't be added to many places if the creator doesn't want it in because of lag reasons (I'm sure that'd be a problem..) or just because they are oblivious to it's existence. I say, just add a "Chat log" button under the new menu..

Shut up about scripting! Us BC'ers are basicly paying roblox to improve itself! Support. This is a good idea and scripting it is gonna make it so only the pros can even really use it. Unless you want to use an untrustworth free model...
