Comment on user's profiles

We should be able to comment on the bottom of a user's profile like when you comment on a hat or a t-shirt and stuff.

For what reason though. Basically, we can do it on the forums, so why should we comment on someone we don't know?

I think this would go good. But you have options like... -Only Friends Can Comment -Comments After Approval -Everyone Can Automatically Comment -Whatever Else
