Well, all the time you go to a place and you see, "OMG J00 NuuB! YOU CPOIED!" Well, according to YOUR rules, "materials created by someone else without their express written permission" isn't allowed. So, ban all the people! Before you go, "UMG HOW DAY KNOWZ!?" There should be a little "check" box. If some one click that, a mod QUICKLY comes in, and does a once over. So, if the place IS copied it will come out, if it's not BOOM! (If they don't give credit!) And if they copy it, edit ONE thing, then don't give credit, BAN HAMMER. This will reduce the comments going UMG J00 COPIAR.

"materials created by someone else without their express written permission" Go to their terms and services page. That isn't allowed. If some one uses free models, deletes them from their ownership, then claim it's entirely theirs they get BAN HAMMERED. Along with people hating jaredvaldez2, this will stop them.
