TL;DR Version: A yearly awards for places that did superb.
Real Version- I know every year there are places that did beyond excellent yet never get the credit they would deserve. What would happen every december there would be the H.O.F. awards. How it would work is that there would be a week of voting for places to be nominated for awards.
Then after the places are nominated, There would be a bunch of categories to vote a place for. Soon after the results would be sent through the news and there would be a award for all winners and a prize for all those who got to the nominating stage.
*Those who say ppl will abuse the voting
It could be IP monitored to prevent any cheating.
