Back then, in 2000, TV shows were actually good. The old spongebob was hilarious, timmy turner was... well, meh. Jimmy Neutron was good. And all those TV shows back then had nothing to do with fame. Now, TV shows nowadays, have to do with fame, learning fame!
Cartoons are now horrible, teen shows now suck. The only TV shows that remain good(in my opinion) are The Big Bang Theory, and Phineas and Ferb |

I like Fairly Odd Parents more than Spongebob Squarepants some certain reasons.
Spongebob Squarepants is way too much of a random show for me. I used to like it but now I have matured. I like it mostly because of nostalgia. But it is true that the new Spongebob Squarepants series are getting extremely boring.

well maybe you guys havent seen these programs but they are still pretty good
I recommend them to anybody who likes TV but obviously not everybody has the same taste
- Supernatural
- Primeval
- Doctor Who
- Torchwood
All pretty good shows my main problem with most TV shows is that they try to appeal to many other audiences (Children, Teens and Adults) but they should stick to what they are good at and thats entertaining people who actually liked the show from the Start. thats my main problem with TORCHWOOD and thats mostly a american show now
TV may appear bad but its only because they try to suitable for everybody and in the end it becomes a completely different Program |

Fairly Odd Parents actually has a message and a good plot. So I agree 100% that it's better than Spongebob. |

Once a year has passed by, it will never come back.
The creators/people who worked on good old shows can't spend their whole life making cartoons/TV shows. They need to move on with their lives and focus on what's more important for them.
Also, sometimes old shows get cancelled due to not enough viewers, lack of popularity, or low ratings.
