the guy cant ump. it was top of third last time other team batted then they come up to bat next time and its botton of 4th they skipped are turn! Also he calls 5 run change is you score 5 runs in the game totol its other teams turn to bat not in 1 inning

It wasnt 5 runs in a inning we scored 1 run first inning 2 runs second inning then 1 run third inning then 2 runs forth inning and he called switch saying that it was 5 run murcy change
