Like, some might make you run faster, the wings will make you be able to fly, etc.

Hats have weight. Try jumping and lunging with a sword.

Meh, hats are mainly for show. However it'd be good if things like scarves actually moved when you walked, or maybe wings could flap (but not allow you to fly.)
