Idea for "Clans/Guilds"

I've suggested this before, pretty sure others have too. Clan polls It would allow those (With the power given by the creator) to make a clan poll. Topics and answers would be placed by the poll owner, and the end results would be viewable by all members with power (Guests would probably be the only one without it.) This would be good for decided on who to attack, how the clan should be run, who should get what position, etc.

@Wagnerja Yeah, that's basically what I meant. You would be opted to select who could participate in the current voting (By ranks). So if you didn't want you wanted rank 2 to be able to vote, but not rank 3; you could select and deselect the appropriate check boxes.
