This is not a valid suggestion. Just because he copies games, does not mean he deserves a ban. Many people do this. |

The claims that he's 'stealing' places are unfounded and were probably created by people who wanted credit for their uncopylocked places. Well too bad. Once you open the free gates you have no control over what happens from that point onward.

How exactly is it invalid? The reason you gave in the first post hasn't came up once in this thread before you mentioned it. According to the reason given in the first post, he is a corrupt influence who abuses the rights and privileges given to him. I'd say that is a very valid reason to remove a user from what is supposed to be a kid friendly website and game. |

I never said it was a good suggestion. I just said it was a valid one. Banning a person who is corrupt and undesirable can benefit the community itself in some ways, I'm sure.
According to the first post, the OP said he had gotten into an argument with Jared, and got banned. Upon reading Jared's profile blurb, he states that he has the admins on his side. If he uses that power to ban someone for getting into an argument with him, then he indeed is corrupt and abussive of his powers.
Opinionated statements cannot be false. However, your statement is not opinionated, thus yours is false. |

Chowder, stealing places was never brought up as a point until you brought it up, and people tried to counter your argument. I don't understand what you tried to prove with that point.
However, I do believe that statement was created as an I'll-conceived attempt to muffle the idiotic cries of inept, and oblivious, whining children. Dispite that fact, I also believe that if the admins and mods actually put some effort into trying to fix the disput amongst the community, then they would have found numerous accounts of moderation action worthy incedents. Moreover, judging by he statement of having the admins on his side, I'm sure that if bias isnt truly a factor of all this, he would have been banned numerous more times by now. |
