Only people who easily have seizures/elapse would do that. And people who are like that don't play electronics. They have too much of a risk of passing out or having a seizure of something. I think it's a pretty good idea. But 20 frames? Maybe something like 40. Not too small, not too large. And why should the mods revie every frame? Why not just look at the moving GIF?

It wouldn't cause lag. You NBCers see moving ads all the time on Roblox. And they have enough mods to review regular ads, T-shirts, shirts, and pants. Why wouldn't they have enough to modify GIF ads?

Ik! But have you ever heard of a cardiac patient with relapsing problems playing video games? And on video games and TV they have bright flashing images all the time.
