It is just another idea. My friend has internet but her laptop broke and only has a WII with internet. Roblox sort of works. It doesn't let her play games. So Basically let her play games on it.

The Wii is incompatible with Lua, the scripting language that all ROBLOX scripts are written in. You also need a keyboard and mouse to play ROBLOX, which the Wii does not have.

You can play Roblox on Wii if you install a mod chip it voids your warrenty but if its expired its worth the risk.It lets you play D.V.Ds and it lets you use your mouse and keyboard as well.Roblox on a modded Wii is slow to load but after its loaded it works fine.

Computers, by themselves cannot run Lua, either. It wouldn't be hard to make an interpreting program for a console. |

I agree with uhavfun, tell her to forum instead of play games. My computer is so laggy that I mostly forum now. And back when I joined (on a different account I lost) back in '09, I thought the forum was complicated and I wouldn't be able to do anything. But in '10 my brother told me to try it and so I looked through the different topics. Now I'm always on S&I. |

Wii, like said befor has incomptabillty with Lua, has slower then Pc and Mac parts and system and could never run Roblox has is but mainly it could NEVER run a Lua sim type program it would need to give it Lua, maybe on the Wii 2 or Wii U if thats not just the controller. :3 |

I had the same idea for the DS You could use your stylus to drag resize and everything! It would go great in the 3DS because the circle pad makes you move freely and the R and L buttons would be Zoom in and Zoom Out. Tho you would need internet to play with others. The DS version of Roblox sounds better since you can take it anywhere you go. |

You really have no idea how Lua works do you?
First of all, most scripts on Roblox are Server side, meaning the computer of the server is doing the processes. With the little exception of client side scripts, in which you can make an interpreter for it.
You need an interpreter for Lua on your computer, your computer can't just read Lua.
Same common principle for Consoles. |

Yes, one program for everything on the PC, Wii is not PC. Roblox is not made for the Wii. Roblox is made for the PC, and has been modiffed for Mac. It would need to be modiffed for the Wii. However It can't be cause the Wii is to slow and not strong, at all. Are we done here? Also this is the forms, not a spelling test. Get over it and learn how your Computer Software works >:3 |
