In my group, I try to PM every new Private of mine. To get them more dedicated to the group, and know were accepting anybody, no matter what there streangths are! Ex: Hello, NAMEHERE! Sounds like a good idea; try and make a sub-group that helps moniter low ranks activity so you can decide to either kick them for in-activty or somethign to keep the group active and organized.

Stealth Combat Assault Recon: Low Ranks? It's easier to get promoted in THAT group, and if you graduate, get two promotions?
