To earn these you must be online for that long.
You must be a veteran or be in bc to participate.
You can always upgrade one for one dollar -- If you have 1 hour then you can upgrade to 5 hours for 2 dollars--
Remember, - Savable ---means you can save it and get a bigger upgrade. If there isn't a Savable then you can save it to get a better upgrade then the one you have. For example, If you played Roblox for 1 hour and is a bc member you can get 30 minutes more free bc.. You can either do it now or save it since there is a - Savable sign there If you save it and you get to 5 hours, you can have 3 hours bc or you can have 3 hours and 30 minutes.. and Etc.
Non-Bc members can't save.
If you are a Non-Bc member, Every time you use a Free Bc moment you don't get a signing bonus.
If you are a BC member and you use one of your free bc or free robux moments.. you get a 20R$ signing bonus.
