Maybe it could be a "public" annoucement so everyone doesn't get confused whenever you don't answer the blocked person's comment.
But, then again, it's a personal thing.

I'm iffy on this one. Call it 50/50.
Plus, CyberBullying is basically just a bunch of trolls who think they're all cool and stuff, and go bully some kid. I never liked it.
