It will help us Comunicate with them it will help us now them better.
But then they could say bad words and junk and if that do that it will tag there computer and the next account they log on to will warn them |

No.
It wouldn't be "safe" for them, as the filter is easy to bypass.
Even free-chatters have a filter, but it's always being bypassed.
So it's pointless.
Plus, not being able to free-chat encourages Guests to create an account.

No Support. If Guests Said any Inappropriate words Roblox can't Tag the guest because they can't Directly find the the Guest Since Guest ID's Change Almost every day, and Roblox dosen't have Permission to Find the computer and ask the guest whats the computer's Idenification. So basicly what Im saying the Moderators can do nothing but to kick the guest out of the game. |

well, it is a good idea, I will settle at that. But the rules are much more strict for them. It would be an IP ban for as long as the ban would be for a normal ban. so if a guest dropped the 'f' bomb, and got banned for 2 weeks, they would be IP banned for 2 weeks, so there couldn't be another account created |
